In addition to poetry, Anderson has written essays, stage plays, screenplays, and tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs). Her short film script, Study Room, was produced in 2018, and her one-act play, Bleak Magic, was produced in 2021.

She holds an MFA in Creative Writing and has taught at Xavier University of Louisiana.
